Services

When you start therapy, it’s normal to feel a little nervous. Taking a step toward support can feel like a step into the unknown, so it’s normal to want to know what happens next.

My style is calm, steady, and reflective. I don’t rush to offer solutions—but I listen closely for understanding and meaning. Clients often tell me they feel safe to explore things they’ve never said aloud before.
