EMDR for individuals (15+)

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy, originally designed to help individuals process and overcome distressing memories and trauma but also so much more…

Whether you're struggling with symptoms of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, or lingering emotional distress from past experiences, EMDR offers a safe, structured space to explore and resolve these challenges. There is also a growing evidence-base that shows how EMDR can help athletes improve their performances.

Sessions focus on accessing and reprocessing traumatic memories through bilateral stimulation techniques—often involving guided eye movements. This approach helps reduce the intensity of emotional pain and supports the development of healthier coping strategies, allowing you to move forward with greater resilience and well-being.

Sessions are usually 90 minutes, longer than other psychotherapies, to allow more time for processing.
